At Avaada Foundation, we believe that empowering women is key to creating a sustainable and inclusive society. Through our holistic and future-ready development initiatives, we are bringing underprivileged women into the mainstream by equipping them with the education, skills, and opportunities they need to thrive. 

Education forms the backbone of our mission, with 75% of the students in our coaching and computer coding centers being girls. Beyond academics, we offer traditional skill development programs such as sewing and stitching, helping women earn a livelihood. To further support their entrepreneurial spirit, we train them in diya-making and provide platforms to sell their products at stalls set up in our offices. 

 Our efforts extend to innovative agricultural training, where women are taught to grow vegetables in their spare land, fostering self-reliance and food security. Recognizing the importance of creativity and confidence-building, we also organize workshops, competitions, and sports activities, giving women the chance to showcase their talents and explore their potential.
