At Avaada Foundation, we are dedicated to ensuring that education reaches every child, no matter how remote their community. Our new school bus services in Madhya Pradesh are helping to make this a reality for tribal children in Betul and Ujjain districts.

Improving Access in Betul and Ujjain

In Betul District, 543 students from 18 villages in Jamethi are  now attending  their primary and secondary schools safely, thanks to the 42-seater school buses. Similarly, in Ujjain District, 550 children from Mahidpur are now able to attend their schools regularly. The buses are reducing the challenges of distance, making education more accessible to children who previously faced significant barriers.

Positive Impact on Attendance and Performance

These buses do more than provide transportation—they are improving school attendance and academic performance. With reliable transportation, children are more likely to attend school consistently, leading to better learning outcomes. Additionally, parents are more motivated to send their children to school, recognizing the value of education in shaping their children’s future.
