Avaada Community Development Centre: Learning and Livelihoods Under One Roof

The Avaada Community Development Centre (ACDC) is a unique initiative designed to bring education, skills, and opportunity together under one roof—right within the communities that need it most.

Operating from rented buildings, each centre typically consists of four functional rooms, thoughtfully utilised to serve learners across age groups:

  • One Computer Learning Room to build essential digital skills
  • One Stitching Training Room to support women’s livelihood and self-reliance
  • Two to three rooms for subject-specific tuition, customised as per local needs:
    • In some locations: Classes 3 to 12
    • In others: Classes 6 to 10 or Classes 3 to 8

All centres are supported by trained and qualified teachers, including IIT graduates, ensuring quality education and strong academic foundations.
