Hundreds of Check-ups and 18 Miracles: The Widespread Impact of Our Eye Care Initiative

At Avaada Foundation, we believe that no one should live in avoidable darkness. This belief fuels our mission to restore not just eyesight, but dignity, joy, and a sense of belonging.

Our Eye Camps are designed with one goal: to bring light back into lives. Held in underserved regions like Soyegaon (Maharashtra) and Sonbhadra (Uttar Pradesh), these camps serve as lifelines for individuals who would otherwise go untreated.

From check-ups and consultations to surgeries and post-operative care, we ensure that no one is left behind. And when the bandages come off, what follows is nothing short of magic: the first clear view of a grandchild’s smile, the reunion of eyes with familiar faces, and the quiet tears of relief and joy.

To date, over 4212 people have participated in our Eye Camps. In just recent efforts, we welcomed 538+ individuals, and among them, 18 underwent cataract surgeries—each one a transformative journey.

These aren’t just statistics. They’re lives changed forever. Imagine living in a hazy world for years, and then—after one short procedure—being able to see your loved ones clearly for the first time in ages.

For those in need of surgery, our support doesn’t end with diagnosis. We arrange transportation, cover commute costs, and facilitate a smooth and comfortable journey to recovery. Families don’t have to worry about logistics or expenses. We ensure that the path to healing is free of obstacles.

This care-first model is what sets Avaada Foundation apart. We are not just organizing eye camps—we are rebuilding lives one clear vision at a time.

We’re just getting started. With the continued support of our partners and communities, Avaada Foundation will keep bringing vision, care, and compassion to those who need it most.

Because in every eye we help to heal, there’s a story waiting to be lived fully again. And that story deserves to be seen—clearly.
