When Every Second Counts: Our Ambulances Are Lifelines of Hope

Imagine the desperate scene: a son, his face etched with worry, carrying his ailing mother on a makeshift stretcher or even his own cycle, hours away from the nearest doctor in a remote village. This agonizing reality, where basic medical access is a distant dream, is the silent crisis Avaada Foundation strives to overcome. Our ambulances are more than just vehicles; they are lifelines, bridging the gap between life and loss, fear and relief.

Our three fully equipped ambulances operate 24/7 and completely free, answering cries for help that once went unheard.

In Bheerukheera, Rajasthan, their presence serving over 15,000 residents across 11 villages, playing a pivotal role in achieving zero neonatal deaths to date. Think of the unbearable pain spared, the immeasurable joy of parents holding their healthy newborns, thanks to timely intervention. Our 24X7 operational service helps pregnant women to reach hospitals even at midnight delivery pain….. saves lives of accidental cases, emergencies and even general ailments as villagers can’t afford to visit hospital on their own which is around 50 kms from these villages

These lifelines were also instrumental in Bheerukheera’s polio campaigns, helping vaccinate 190 children for 100% coverage, ensuring their healthy future.

Further, in Kathua, Jammu, two ambulances double as mortuary vans, ensuring dignity even in death for 512 hard-to-reach villages. Our commitment grows, with two more ambulances extending our reach to Lohatwadi, Maharashtra.

From the first fragile breath to a dignified farewell, Avaada Foundation stands with communities, ensuring that distance and despair never dictate destiny.
