Ensuring Every Child has Someone to Teach, Guide, and Inspire

Every child deserves a classroom where learning never stops. In many government schools across rural India, the shortage of teachers often affects regular learning, student confidence, and academic progress. Avaada Foundation, as a responsible corporate citizen, is helping bridge this gap by supporting schools wherever additional teaching support is needed.

The Foundation appoints teachers in government schools based on local requirements. In some schools, teachers serve for the full academic year; in others, they support students for a few hours daily or for six to eight months. This flexible approach ensures that children continue to receive guidance, attention, and quality learning.

Committed to every child’s holistic development, Avaada Foundation goes beyond academics to nurture confidence, curiosity, life skills, and a love for learning, helping children grow into capable and responsible individuals.

Avaada Foundation teachers have served in Jayapur and Nagepur, 2 schools in Mathura  in Uttar Pradesh; Bhachau, Adhoi, Mayagaon,  Halra, Maygaon, Surendranagar, and Talsana in Gujarat; Dudha and Dhavalpeth in Maharashtra; Khodaila, Chichlik, Basuhari, and Adgud in Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh; Nokhra and Bhairukheera in Rajasthan; and Dudhpura, Kasai Dehariya, Ladwan  in  Agar Malwa in Madhya Pradesh.

This initiative supports government efforts such as Samagra Shiksha, NIPUN Bharat Mission, and the National Education Policy 2020 by strengthening learning outcomes, foundational literacy, and inclusive education.

The impact is visible in classrooms and communities. Students show greater enthusiasm for studies, improved marks, better attendance, and increased confidence. Schools also witness reduced dropouts, improved enrolment, and stronger participation from children.

For Avaada Foundation, this is not just about filling vacancies. It is about filling classrooms with hope, supporting government schools, and ensuring that every child gets the opportunity to learn, grow, and dream of a brighter future.
