At Avaada Foundation, we believe that true education goes far beyond textbooks. Through our Utkrishta Shiksha Abhiyaan, we have been creating a holistic learning ecosystem by mentoring students, guiding parents, empowering teachers, and nurturing confident, responsible, and value-driven young citizens.
As part of this initiative, we have been conducting motivational sessions, value-based learning programs, and interactive workshops that blend modern education with India’s ancient wisdom, Vedic values, life skills, and character-building principles. During Education Week, we organized 12 motivational sessions by renowned motivational speakers across 10 government schools in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, inspiring over 4,000 students to dream bigger, overcome challenges, and develop a positive outlook towards life and education.
Avaada Foundation’s Director & CSR Head, Ms. Ritu Patwari, has personally continued this mission by regularly visiting the schools adopted by the Foundation. She has delivered impactful presentations and motivational talks at Government Higher Secondary School, Lohavan (Mathura), Shivcharan Smarak Inter College, Nagepur (Prime Minister’s Adopted Village, Varanasi), Government School, Shirdhane (Maharashtra), Government School, Karnisar Bhatiyan (Rajasthan), and several other adopted schools. Her sessions integrate Vedic wisdom, Indian values, leadership, goal setting, emotional well-being, and practical life lessons, helping students build confidence, discipline, and purpose.
We have been encouraging students to openly discuss their aspirations, fears, and career goals while creating meaningful dialogue between educators, parents, and learners. Through this continuous mentorship, we have positively impacted over 7,000 students and teachers across Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan.
Through Utkrishta Shiksha Abhiyaan, Avaada Foundation continues to strengthen quality education, student mentorship, holistic development, value-based learning, youth empowerment, and rural education transformation, creating future-ready citizens rooted in knowledge, culture, and compassion.
