The Avaada Foundation recently held a career counseling workshop in Jayapur and Nagepur to guide students in making informed career decisions, with sessions conducted at two colleges in Varanasi and Nagepur by Mr. Saket Bagla of Career Launcher. This event, on October 10 and 11 focused on the significance of matching career paths with individual interests and abilities and was tailored for students from various socio-economic backgrounds. Concurrently, the Avaada Foundation organized an entrepreneurship workshop on 12th October for children of Jayapur and Nagepur to foster self-reliance and an entrepreneurial spirit. Mr. Shivram, a renowned entrepreneurship expert, offered insights into starting a business and essential business principles. This was complemented by Mr. Naman Saini’s discussion on the importance of technology and coding in today’s business landscape. The foundation’s trustee, Mrs. Ritu Patwari, highlighted the workshops’ role in molding the futures of the youth, inspiring them, and enhancing their self-assurance.
