Strengthening Communities Around Ghansawangi

At Avaada Foundation, we have been working around the Avaada MHRenewable1 Pvt. Ltd. project village of Ravana in Ghansawangi, Jalna, to improve education, health, sanitation, and community well-being. Through our CSR initiatives, we continue to support children, women, and vulnerable families with interventions that create dignity, access, and long-term impact.

We have strengthened school infrastructure by constructing separate toilet blocks for girls and boys at Ravana Primary School, ensuring a safer and more hygienic learning environment for students.

To improve access to education, we distributed 22 bicycles to students, helping them travel to school with greater ease and confidence. We also distributed school bags to 145 students and 7 teachers, supporting their daily learning and teaching needs and enhanced digital learning at the school by installing a Smart Board, enabling students to experience interactive and technology-enabled education.

We have been supporting  disabled and destitute families by providing monthly ration kits to help meet their basic needs with dignity.

To encourage creativity and holistic development among children, we organized 15 days long  Summer Camps in Mangu Jalgaon and Ravana village where students participated in learning activities, creative sessions, and extracurricular programmes.

We have also conducted Menstrual Hygiene Awareness sessions and distributed sanitary pads to adolescent girls and women, promoting health, dignity, and awareness.

To strengthen healthcare access, we organized a Mega Medical Check-up Camp for the local community, helping villagers receive basic health screening and medical guidance.

Through these ongoing efforts, Avaada Foundation has been creating meaningful change around the Ghansawangi project village. We remain committed to building healthier, more educated, and empowered communities in and around Ravana village.
