Avaada Foundation believes that a child’s village, family income or background should never decide the quality of education they receive. From the remote tribal villages of Sonbhadra, such as Khodaila, to the desert villages of Rajasthan like Bhairukhira, Nursar and Badnu—and nearly a hundred such underserved villages—we are taking every possible step to bring opportunities closer to children.
From sports grounds and trained coaches to renovated government schools, libraries, computer centres and AI-enabled learning centres, we are building an ecosystem where children can learn, play and dream. Our advanced computer programmes compress years of learning into focused six-month courses.
For students preparing for competitive examinations, we provide study materials, laptops, inverters and dedicated study spaces. We also support aspiring police and armed-forces candidates with sports grounds, coaching and mentorship—helping hundreds of young people from remote communities move towards government service.
We provide scholarships even for the smallest barriers—because sometimes ₹500 or ₹1,000 is enough to determine whether a child continues school. We support school education, IIT and medical preparation, engineering and other higher education, along with ITI scholarships, mentorship, practical training and employment guidance.
In Uttarakhand, through collaborations with organisations working to transform education across hundreds of schools, we are supporting virtual classes, school infrastructure, additional classrooms, tinkering, computer and robotics labs, and teacher training. In several schools we support, students have achieved outstanding results in academics and sports at district and state levels.
In Mathura, our Mind Opening Technique is helping children discover confidence, curiosity and leadership. Seeing students excel in district and state competitions—and seeing a girl from one of our adopted schools become DM for a day—reminds us why this work matters.
Our support begins with the basics: school bags, books, uniforms, sweaters, benches, desks, study materials and additional teachers, and extends to motivating parents to send their children to school and support their education.
We also support grassroots sports, tribal athletes and aspiring Olympians through partnerships with organisations working at the highest level of sports development. From school tournaments to five-day and night Kabaddi and traditional sports competitions, we are creating opportunities for children to discover their talent.
Our work is not simply about building schools or providing resources. It is about making sure that a child sitting in a remote tribal or desert village can dream the same dreams as a child in a big city—and has the education, skills, confidence and opportunity to make those dreams come true.
The scale of our work is vast, but the purpose is simple: no child should be left behind because of where they were born.
